Chuffty devices connect to an existing home Wi-Fi internet connection. An existing internet connection in the home is expected and not provided by Chuffty or Time To Call You.
Chuffty devices require access to Time To Call You secure Australian located servers, a single monthly subscription for access is required. Up to 10 Chuffty devices can share a single subscription.
Chuffty devices are not for medical emergency alerts, or personal emergency fall alerts. They do however provide email and sms alerting, for example, no movement detected in the home for over an hour may trigger an sms or email alert to nominated carers.
